			TECNOBAT is a company of master craftsmen with over 35 years of experience in the following fields :
			1-	Restoration of frontage : lime plaster.
			2-	General building : wall and floor renovation, damp proofing, drainage & fencing.
			3-	Painting : façades, fresques, windows, shutters, interior design and decoration.
			4-	Roofing : all roofing types.
			We specialize in the renovation of traditional houses in the Menton area, whose lime rendered fronts colour the old town. The company was created in 1976 by J. Surace “MIMO” and is now run by Olivier Dauriac. Our main target is to provide the good quality of work as well as the quality of services, we’ve always been recognized for. Our customer confidence (individuals & partners in property management), being our best strength, we keep listening to their needs and are reactive to their projects.
